The website owner, including its subsidiaries and affiliates provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website to visitors subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be valid to a specific section or part of this website.

However, the owner of Pharmacy Depot nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or assurances, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, personal or business views, research information, data and/or content included on the website and shall not be held responsible in any shape or form by any information enclosed on the website (this includes but is not limited to any information which may be made available by any third party or data or content providers).

The owner of the website has and reserves the right to change or discontinue without due notice, any aspect or element of this website at any time.

No information on the website shall be interpreted as advice and information is provided for information purposes only and is not designed for trading purposes.

3. Delivery

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of placing an order. If you do enter an incorrect address, Pharmacy Depot is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

The delivery address cannot be altered once the order has been shipped.

Once you have placed an order and we are unable to ship any part of it, Pharmacy Depot at our sole discretion, may either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove item or items from the order.

All deliveries are approximated dates only and are not guarantee or assured. If your order consists of luxury and electrical items and/or fragrances may take slightly longer to be shipped from our warehouse due to the size and/or weight of the products.

Pharmacy Depot's current delivery charges are as follows and are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the owners of the website.3.1.1 Delivery within the UK Free deliveries on all orders with a value of more than or equal to £40.00.

For orders under £40 in value, we charge £2.95 + VAT for UK delivery, regardless of weight or size. This will be the total cost of the delivery, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.

The majority of orders are dispatched either on the same of day of placing the order the next working day. A signature may be required on receipt of your items.

Pharmacy Depot's standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs.

Normal delivery will take between 2-5 working days.

In order to confirm that an order or orders shipped via post has indeed been lost, Pharmacy Depot must wait 3 weeks (15 working days) before we can make a claim against Royal Mail. If you item(s) is lost or undelivered, we advise you to contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office to see if they are in possession of the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.

To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or visit their website. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, name and address. We will then send you a P91 form. You must complete the P91 Form and return it back to us within 10 days or we will close the claim and in return we will not be able to issue a replacement order. Once we have received and accepted the completed P91 Form we will send your replacement order. These are Royal Mail's new procedures, which we are forced to adhere with.

If you require your items urgently we advise that your re-order them through our website. If for any reason, your order or any items are returned back to Pharmacy Depot, we will resend the items with a redelivery charge.

If for whatever reason, you decide not to have the goods redelivered, Pharmacy Depot will charge a restocking fee of up to £15, depending on the value of the order. Pharmacy Depot will not be able to any refund delivery costs.

3.1.1 Delivery within the UK

Express Delivery

For express delivery within the UK, the following criteria must be met:

i. All items ordered must be available and in stock. ii. All orders can be subjected to Pharmacy approval and/or fraud checks. iii. All details entered must be correct to prevent delay. If a delay is caused by incorrect details, Pharmacy Depot cannot be held responsible if the order is not dispatched for Express Delivery. iv. In order to qualify for Express Delivery, all orders must be placed before 4.00pm for next business day delivery. If Pharmacy Depot cannot physically dispatch the same day, we will ensure that your order is pushed to the front of the line for the following day. v. Express delivery is only available for delivery to UK addresses. vi. A signature upon delivery is required for this service. vii. Pharmacy Depot will make every effort to delivery the items and orders the following business day. However, Pharmacy Depot cannot held responsible or liable for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed or failed express deliveries. viii. Normal terms & conditions apply to 'delayed' or 'failed' deliveries.

3.1.2 Delivery in the E.U. (excluding the UK)

Deliveries to the E.U. (excluding the UK) are dependent on the weight, size and destination of the order. The total cost will be calculated at checkout and delivery is usually 6-12 working days from dispatch from our warehouse.

Certain weight restrictions may apply for some orders. For this reason, Pharmacy depot will use their discretion to send large and/or heavy items and orders with a courier service to accommodate the weight.

If Pharmacy Depot feels your order is of an excessive weight or size, this may incur additional delivery charges. Pharmacy depot will contact you directly about this prior to the order being dispatched from our warehouse.

Items ordered from outside the UK but within the E.U. are subject to control restrictions from your country's customs department. It is your responsibility, as the consumer, to check and be aware of any restrictions, which would result in a delay or failure of delivery. Pharmacy Depot cannot be held responsible or liable for items being imported into countries where certain restrictions are in place. You, as the consumer, will be fully liable and responsible for the cost of the order plus any other costs that may incurred, if the item is held and/or stopped by customs or your regulating agency.

All items sold and therefore provided by Pharmacy Depot is for the personal use of the recipient and must be under the supervision of a local healthcare provider, wherever the location of the customer. Resale is usually illegal by the laws of the importing country.

Import duties and taxes may have to be incurred in some counties. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the consumer to acquire details of these specific charges from their relevant customs department in the country to which the goods are being exported.

3.1.3 Outside the E.U., America & the rest of the world.

Deliveries regions outside of the E.U. are dependent on the weight, size and destination of the order. The total cost will be calculated at checkout and delivery is usually 5-15 working days from dispatch from our warehouse. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout, VAT (20%) will be deducted where applicable.

Certain weight restrictions may apply for some orders. For this reason, Pharmacy depot will use their discretion to send large and/or heavy items and orders with a courier service to accommodate the weight.

3.2. Refunds & Exchange

3.2.1 Return of unwanted items

It is the responsibility of the consumer to personally contact Pharmacy Depot by email or telephone to notify us of your intention to exchange and/or return any item(s) within 7 working days of receipt of the items that need to be exchanged and/or returned.

If the item(s) would like to be exchanged and/or returned after the 7 day period, Pharmacy Depot use their own discretion as to whether the exchange and/or return can and will be accepted.

Once Pharmacy Depot have been notified, all items should be received at Pharmacy Depot within 28 days from the date of delivery for this condition to apply.

Please note that, once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless that the product is found to be faulty or damaged.

Medicinal, cosmetic and/or personal nature products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Pharmacy Depot will not refund your order unless the item and/or items are in saleable condition upon return. You, as the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us, as well as ensuring the goods are sufficiently packaged to reduce the risk of damage during return transit. It is highly recommended that items be returned via a Recorded Delivery service, as Pharmacy Depot will not accept responsibility for items lost or misplaced in the post.

Once Pharmacy Depot has been notified, all items should be received at Pharmacy Depot within 28 days from the date of delivery for this condition to apply. You must return items to Pharmacy Depot by using our returns and exchanges procedure.

3.2.2 Return of faulty or damaged items

We recommend that you should visit the step-by-step guide on Pharmacy Depot's website on how this should be done.

To help our Customer Services team with processing the returning goods, please can you supply details of your order number, name, date of order and goods return authorization code (which will be provided by Customer Services). Please note that if an item(s) is returned without a goods return authorization code Pharmacy Depot will not be able to offer an exchange.

You will also be held liable for the cost of re-delivery and our fees (which may exceed the original cost of delivery. You, as the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us, as well as ensuring the goods are sufficiently packaged to reduce the risk of damage during return transit. It is highly recommended that items be returned via a Recorded Delivery service, as Pharmacy Depot will not accept responsibility for items lost or misplaced in the post.

Pharmacy Depot will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we cannot find any fault or damage, Pharmacy Depot reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Electrical items that are returned and found to be faulty will be replaced. If for whatever reason, the original item is no longer in stock and/or unavailable an alternative item will be offered of the same value. No refund will be offered.

Please note that any item that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned to Pharmacy Depot, unless the product is faulty and/or broken. Medicinal, cosmetic and/or personal nature products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

All returned items will be fully looked at and evaluated before being processed and confirmed.

Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you refuse delivery as you feel an item is damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify Pharmacy Depot within 7 working days. If you are unaware of the damage in transit until you open the package, the 7 day period still applies. However, should this 7 day period expire, any return is solely within Pharmacy Depot's discretion.

You, as the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us, as well as ensuring the goods are sufficiently packaged to reduce the risk of damage during return transit. It is highly recommended that items be returned via a Recorded Delivery service, as Pharmacy Depot will not accept responsibility for items lost or misplaced in the post. Pharmacy Depot will not issue an exchange or return unless the item(s) are in a saleable condition upon return and not suffered any additional damage.

You may return damaged or faulty item(s) within 28 days of receipt of them. If an item is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for the product apply. It is the final consumers responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as stated and specified by the manufacturer.

Once Pharmacy Depot receive the damaged and/or faulty product, please allow up to 14 days for a replacement to be sent.

3.2.3 Failed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your items and as a result the items are returned to Pharmacy Depot and you decide not to have the goods redelivered, Pharmacy Depot will charge a restocking fee of up to £15, depending on the value of the order. Pharmacy Depot will not be able to any refund delivery costs.

3.2.4 Unauthorised Returns

If you return an item without prior approval and an authorisation code (provided by Customer Services), Pharmacy Depot will be unable to process your return and no refund an/or replacement will be provided.

Returned items without prior approval and an authorisation code (provided by Customer Services) will be sent back to the sender with a delivery charge and a £15 administration fee.

3.3 Refunds

Any refunds due back to you, the consumer, under conditions 3.1 to 3.2 will be refunded via the same method of payment when the initial order was placed. This cannot be changed.

4. Trade Marks

The trade marks, logos, names and service marks (known for all intents & purposes as 'trade marks') displayed on Pharmacy Depot's website are registered and unregistered trade marks of the Website Owner, suppliers, manufacturers and partners of the owner.

Nothing included on Pharmacy Depot's website should be interpreted as granting any permission, license or right to use any trade mark without prior written consent from the owner of this website.

20. Medical Information

Please note that information captured will be looked over by our pharmacy team. You should ensure that you read all product packaging before you use it. Please contact your local GP or medical advisor if you are even slightly unsure, about whether you should use a product.

Please note that Pharmacy Depot may share your contact details with the manufacturer of items purchased if they offer extended warranty or aftercare for your purchased product. You have the option of 'opting out' at any time by contacting our Customer Services team.

21. Delivery

Pharmacy Depot will not held liable and/or responsible for lost and/or misplaced parcels due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer.

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. Pharmacy Depot are unable to refund courier delivery charges and it is important to note that Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In a case where the parcel is not delivered the next day, delivery charges will not be refunded.

Pharmacy Depot accepts no responsibility if your order is stopped and/or delayed by international customs. Pharmacy Depot are unable to dispatch dangerous goods such as aerosol and flammable products internationally due to transport regulations.

22. Prescriptions

Pharmacy Depot will charge a £5 administration fee to cancel prescription orders (applies to both human & veterinary prescriptions). This fee will be charged if we do not receive the physical prescription after an order has been made online. By purchasing a prescription item you are consenting and confirming that you have a valid UK prescription. Where this is not the case, a fee will be charged to cover administration costs.

By placing veterinary medication orders, you confirm you will use all licensed products in accordance to the manufacturers datasheets, you are not buying in order to resale and that you are happy for Pharmacy Depot to contact you if necessary.

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our Site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. 27. British Forces Post Office (BFPO) Addresses

At this current time, Pharmacy Depot are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses due to delivery restrictions and/or compliance requirements.

28. Events Outside our Control

28.1. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

28.2. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
  • The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

28.3. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
